Pre-construction homebuyers join South Florida developers for ceremonial groundbreaking event at Estates by Turnberry

Davie, Fla. (April 14, 2025) – Armando Codina and Andres Miyares of CC Homes joined Turnberry’s President and CFO Aly-Khan Merali, alongside other business leaders and more than 60 homebuyers, to kick off land development at Estates by Turnberry during a groundbreaking ceremony held at the location on March 25th, 2026.

The developers spoke to future residents about the construction milestone’s significance, a vision conceptualized years ago and now officially realized.

“If it wasn’t for the chemistry, the relationship, and trust that we have developed, we would not be here today,” said Armando Codina on the joint venture with Turnberry. He spoke at the event for CC Homes’ co-founder and CEO Jim Carr.

“We were one of the first people to purchase, and we really love how there are a lot of families here, and there is a great sense of community,” said Mariana, a homebuyer in attendance. “We know that CC Homes and Turnberry are going to make a fantastic combination for a new home.”
