CC Homes Partners with Cristo Rey High School to Empower Future Leaders

Coral Gables, FL – September 2025 – CC Homes is proud to announce its participation in the Cristo Rey High School Corporate Work Study Program. As the new school year commences, four local high school students are adding professional business experience as an extra-curricular within the office of one of Florida’s leading homebuilders.

Through the Cristo Rey program, students are interning alongside CC Homes’ teams and exploring various career paths within the homebuilding industry before even graduating high school. With CC Homes involving the students in all business departments, the initiative helps them develop practical skills and build professional connections.

They get to see how a business operates, contribute to projects, and discover their professional potential at a young age.”

Students participating in the internship program work one day a week throughout the school year. They gain firsthand exposure to real-world challenges and responsibilities, preparing them for college, careers, and beyond.

This partnership underscores CC Homes’ commitment to building not only communities but also opportunities for the next generation.
