Two South Florida Real Estate Leaders Announce 151 Homes in Luxury Development Coming Soon to Davie, Florida

Two of South Florida’s most community-rooted real estate developers, Turnberry and CC Homes – a Codina-Carr Company, announce The Estates by Turnberry, a luxury gated community of 151 single-family homes on the west side of Davie, Florida – just east of Weston on SW 154^th Street (also known as Shotgun Road). The project received re-zoning approval in May. Construction commencement is slated for later this year.

For Turnberry, the project marks an exciting expansion into sophisticated single-family home new construction, bringing another dimension to their esteemed portfolio of commercial and residential properties.

For CC Homes, The Estates by Turnberry represents a continuation of their proven success in delivering thoughtfully designed, highly customizable homes, having completed several similar developments in the area during the past five years, such as Bristol Reserve, Kingfisher Reserve and Circle S Estates among countless others built by Jim Carr during the past four decades.

The 151.7 acre development includes plans for a community clubhouse, miles of equestrian and pedestrian/exercise paths, gazebos at outlook areas, a playground area, as well as 60+ acres of open space.

Homes within the community will feature one and two-story floor plans on between 20,000 to 26,000 square-foot properties with pricing to be unveiled soon. Each home will boast bespoke exterior facades, four to seven bedrooms and bathrooms, additional guest accommodations and two to four car garages. With a total of up to 5,950 square feet of living space under air, The Estates by Turnberry will offer highly appointed designer interior finishes with many choices for customization through the CC Homes Design Studio.
